The Terraces at Mackenzie is a community that embraces an ever-evolving lifestyle. By creating an environmentally considerate masterplan and using sustainable design principles, the Terraces at Mackenzie has an appeal that is fulfilling and convenient now and in the future. Launched on 4th October 2014, this project sold out fast and Stage 3 was completed in 2016

FnCo were involved in initial discussions with Pitman Properties on product mix, floorplan layout, fitout and facilities. We then implemented a cost effective marketing campaign including the management of an onsite display where most of the sales were made. FnCo provided the sales team and marketing know-how to help ensure the project was sold out well before completion. Another fine development by a respected developer that we've had the pleasure of working with over the years.
